Greenheart has the vision to become a hub for investors in the green business, linking innovative ideas in the green business, and bringing fruition to these ideas. It seeks to draw the ideas from entrepreneurs in the green business, or ‘eco-preneurs’, and turning those ideas into products that are of added-value and marketable, yet sustainable and renewable, by providing the finance, guidance, marketing know-how and the relevant technology. The aim for Greenheart is to assist others to build green businesses that are ultimately friendly to the environment and can also educate others on going green.

When a green idea is brought to Greenheart, it will be assessed by the professional people at Greenheart from the technical and business points of view. Each idea will be given its due considerations and the merits and demerits of each idea will be evaluated before a decision is made. If the idea is not viable, it could be improved by integrating knowledge and experience gained from working with other technology providers or other idea originators.

If however, the idea has the potential to succeed, an action plan will be mapped to convert the green idea into a Green Product or Green Service. The option is then open for Greenheart to partner with the eco-preneur in a joint venture, as a business advisor, a pure investor, or others, but the advantage that Greenheart can bring to the table is the financial backing, technical know-how, marketing, management and strategic thinking.
